I always see them in the spring at dusk on the Lexington section of the Minuteman Bike Path. It might still be a little early in the year though.

For friendly bunnies that could use some love, try any of the MSPCAs. There is also a Bunny Bonanzoo on April 11 a bit north of Boston. Read about that at http://www.zoonewengland.org/

HBS!!!! though it is a tiny bit early for bunnies still - next weekend after it has been a bit warmer they all come out and play - you can also see them in Chinatown, but they are more of the "ready to eat" kind

Harvard Business School, on the Allston side of campus, across the street from the stadium. Beaucoup de bunnies. At least there were last fall.
