<description>&lt;p&gt;Since nobody asked, I&apos;ll make my predictions, too. I was 0-4 in my Final 4 pics, which says it all for my powers of prognostication.

I&apos;m not picking the Cubs to reach the World Series and that has nothing to do with EVERYONE at the Globe picking them.

AL East: Sox; Central: Indians; West: Angels; WC: Rays. NL East: Philly; Central: Cubs; West: Dodgers; WC: Marlins. Playoffs: Sox over Indians; Angels over Rays: Sox over Angels; Philly over Cubs; Dodgers over Marlins: Philly over Dodgers. World Series: Sox over Philly.

The Yankees will get worse when ARod gets back. The Mets will crack...AGAIN. The Braves and As will contend, too.

As for Mr. Shaughnessy...While the Sox are not a tabloid squad, there are a few fascinating personalities. Pedroia, Paplebon, Youk, Papi.
