Boston Blotter: Easter Sunday Shooting in Roxbury

-- Boston police discovered a dog fighting operation in a basement on Raven Street in Dorchester. Among the casualties were two badly mauled pit bulls who had been living in unsanitary and inhumane conditions, according to police. One man has been arrested in connection with the operation. [Herald

-- A husband and wife duo were arrested in the South End early Saturday after allegedly throwing down in a drunken brawl. The fighting continued when police and EMTs responded to the scene, quickly encompassing police and medical technicians. [BPDNews]
