Hey there Upper East Siders (and the rest of you): need an excuse to dress in prep school gear and get liquored up to the sweet strains of Blair Waldorf screeching at Deroda? What a coincidence--we have just the event for you!
The Gossip Girl Season Finale Party takes place Monday May 18th from 7-9PM at MANTRA. Watch the two previous episodes and ze big shebang on the full-sized video walls while sipping unfortunately named Svedka cocktails: "Frenemies Forever,” “Double Trouble,” and “Future Ex." They're somehow related to the show and will hopefully flow freely throughout the night.
The aforementioned prep-school attire is encouraged: get kitted out in a headband and kneesocks (same goes for the men) and add some rules to the very applicable drinking game we've included below.

- A girl wears a real school uniform, and not something vaguely plaid that looks like it walked out of the pages of Teen Vogue
- A text message foils a character’s diabolical agenda
- Any character’s hair gets pulled

I got this press release and briefly considered trying to fit into my schoolgirl costume and go even though I'm hugely pregnant, just to completely freak out the uber-hip Mantra-goers.
And I assume you said "Dan and Nate share a homoerotic moment" instead of "Chuck and Nate" because you didn't want people to get alcohol poisoning.
