--A man from Marblehead was arrested in connection with Wednesday's killing of 21-year-old Wesleyan University student Johanna Justin-Jinich. Stephen P. Morgan was taken into custody outside a convenience store in south Meriden without incident after asking a store clerk to call police. Morgan was reportedly targeting Jewish people. [WCVB]
--Two teenage males were arrested on Thursday in Roxbury and charged with "Unarmed Robbery and Assault and Battery on a Person under 14 years of Age." Another minor, a female, told police she was pushed to the ground and had her cell phone taken by three men. She positively identify two of the three males. After being arrested, one of the suspects shouted “ he was the one that robbed her!”
--Boston Police also arrested a Somerville man at Fenway Park after the Sox game for "urinating from the second tier walkway onto a car parked below on the street". [Both from BPDNews.com]
--Charges against three alleged drug dealers were dropped by Hampden County District Attorney William Bennett to protect the identity of a confidential informant. A judge ordered that the defense lawyers be given the informants name. [MassLive]
--A mother and daughter from Marlborough were arrested Thursday morning on charges of armed burglary and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The women knew their victim after and broke into her Northborough home. The 46-year old mother was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for pushing the victim into a fish tank.
