--For some reason, 32-year-old Keni Garcia of Haverhill allegedly wanted 85,000 bullets. The ATF, ICE and state and local authorities seem to think this was a bad idea. Who knew? Essex County prosecutors are charging Garcia, who was scheduled to become an American citizen today, with illegal possession of ammunition, three counts of possession of a high-capacity firearm, and illegal storage of a firearm. Investigators found 10,000 rounds in his car, 20,000 rounds at his house. He allegedly tried to buy 55,000 more rounds in New Hampshire. [Boston Globe, Boston Herald]

--What happens when you are found behind a dumpster, surrounded by needles and bags of merchandise that are allegedly not yours? You get arrested and charged wih larceny. [Boston Herald]

--A 16-year old was charged with multiple offenses after shooting a 70-year-old woman and a 3-year-old boy in a Dorchester liquor store. The teen was due to be arraigned in Dorchester Juvenile Court today for among other things, juvenile delinquency, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition and resisting arrest. --A Brockton man was arrested after allegedly passing fake lottery tickets. He was charged with "nine counts of larceny, four counts of uttering or passing a worthless lottery ticket and nine counts of being a common and notorious thief." [Brockton Enterprise]

--A suspect in a Connecticut home invasion fled the scene of his alleged crime without his pants. He has since been arrested. [Boston.com]
