Has everyone recovered from either or both of the humbling playoff losses inflicted upon us by the Bruins and Celtics? Well, if you have, or haven't, it's time to prepare for Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.
Tom and his old lady were out on the town participating in charitable goodness. In one picture of Boston's first couple of sports, Gisele is seen eating and Tom looks like John Cena, which he surely didn't intend. Unfortunately, we won't see #12 doing quarterback-type stuff this week as part of the Patriots organized team activity (OTA) in Foxboro. New players and younger ones, too, will be in attendance this week. Next week is for the entire roster.
If the rumors are true, the Patriots have tried to trade for someone named Derrick Burgess of the Oakland Raiders to bolster their defense. The last NE/Oakland trade looks good so far and Belichick might want to steal another player adequately compensate the Al Davis A.C. to improve his team.
Oh, ESPN's John Clayton thinks Foxboro could be a possible future home to Michael Vick. Really? REALLY? Ummm, no. Bob Kraft would be sleeping on his couch, dude. Did Clayton run that by Tom Jackson?
