Monday Happenings

Labyrinth_ver2.jpg Babes With the Power

Memorial Day has long been the occasion for staring at David Bowie's crotch in skintight pants, but when was the last time you did so in the company of hundreds? The Coolidge and Austin's Alamo Drafthouse host a Labyrinth (1986) sing-a-long, during which you can tell your closest friends that they remind you of the babe, and they will ask "What babe?" Coolidge Corner Theatre, 290 Harvard St., Brookline, 7 p.m. $10.

Open Houses

The MFA is free all day during the Memorial Day holiday, and even the special exhibits are open to all. If you haven't checked out Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese yet, do it today. In the current economic climate, an exhibit half as awesome is unlikely to arrive in Boston soon. Museum of Fine Arts, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free. Schedule of events.

Weird Music

Charlie's Kitchen continues its series of weird music showcases with local free improvisors and droney psych rock purveyors Concord Ballet Orchestra Players. Charlie's Kitchen, 10 Eliot St., Cambridge, 9 p.m.
