-- Hired car driver Darryl Hopkins gave testimony in the trial of the Alleged Criminal Formerly Known as Clark Rockefeller, and divulged weird details that could significantly impact the evil-mastermind-or-douche debate. According to Hopkins, Rockefeller went cloak and dagger after hiring the cab driver, eliciting suggestions for a suitable getaway street, practicing jumping into a moving SUV, and paying for a shady and expensive round trip to New York City, all while hiding his alleged intentions of kidnapping his daughter. -- Boston cops staked out the Phish concert this weekend at Fenway, watching nearly helplessly as folks blazed up token amounts of marijuana. No word on how many citations were issued for marijuana possession, which is a civil infraction in amounts less than one ounce under Massachusetts law. One man was arrested for allegedly dealing nitrous oxide, but according to one concertgoer, it was "just beer, barbecues and bros." [Herald]

-- A fight in Jamaica Plain brought police to Haverford Street, where they pulled over a car full of alleged drug dealers that had run a stop sign. Remember, suspects: one crime at a time. [BPDNews]

-- Four men aged 20 and younger were arrested last night for allegedly mugging a passerby on Symphony Road near the Back Bay Fens. [BPDNews]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
