Boston Blotter: With a Friend Like This...

--Three teens, at least two of whom were friends, went to Callahan State Park in Framingham on Saturday to smoke marijuana and only two lived to tell the tale. The trio arrived in a Volvo, two fought over some allegedly stolen pot, guns were drawn and witneses heard three shots and a man yelling. According to police reports, the shooter said he would kill the victim and anyone who snitched on him, and "did not care if he went to jail for life." Nice. His attorney asked for cash bail - really - which the judge obviously denied. [MetroWest Daily News]

--The first indictment related to the Harvard killing was announced today. Jabrai Jordan Coney faces multiple charges for the May 18 incident. Other indictments may be forthcoming. The indictment moves the case to Middlesex Superior Court. [Boston Globe]

--Law enforcement leaders are trying to track down alleged drug dealer Christian Miranda, 39, of Boston and are asking for the public's help. Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis and Attorney General Martha Coakley described his alleged criminal activities during a press conference on Friday. Coakley considers oneof the "impact players" in Boston's crime scene. [Boston Herald, Boston Globe]

--A Worcester man pled not guilty to a January killing that was carried out with a machete. [WCVB]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
