Boston Blotter: Shot in Somerville, Stabbed in the Kitchen

-- A Malden teen was shot during a drive-by in Somerville Friday night. His gunshot wound was minor, and he was released from the hospital a short time after being admitted. No arrests have been made in the case. [Somerville Journal]

-- Apparent cook-on-cook violence erupted at Flames restaurant in Mattapan Saturday afternoon. Police responding to call report finding a cook with a stab wound in his abdomen who told them that his co-worker did it. [BPDNews]

-- Sean Evelyn, the Merrimack, NH, man who shot Cushings Fortuna to death in front of South Station on New Year's Eve in 2006 was sentenced to life in prison. [Herald]

-- The owner of the Revolution Rock Bar, the site of a New Year's Day shooting earlier this year, has been indicted on charges of witness intimidation. Prosecutors claim that Shawn Donovan told a photographer to delete photos of the alleged shooter partying in the club before the shooting—including a snap of Donovan and the alleged shooter "together arm-in-arm."
