Sunday Happenings: I Wanna Sex (and Drugs Trivia) You Up

Sand In Your Pants
Nobody likes sand in the pants, but sometimes it is a side effect of beach trips. You can keep your pants on today while checking out impressive sand sculptures at the New England Sand Sculpting Festival. If today being the last day of the festival (winners were announced last night, so you'll see the best of the best) isn't enough motivation to get you to Revere, check this cool video from last year. 10am to 6pm, Revere Beach, free.

Community Day at the MFA
Today the MFA offers free admission for everyone! If you've had enough of the sunshine or just need a break, stop by the MFA to check out a variety of exhibits including the wonderful Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese, which closes August 16. All day, MFA (465 Huntington Avenue), free.

Bigger Badder Burlesque
Something about today is just naughty! Learn some seductive burlesque moves from Honey Suckle Duvet today in Cambridge. Maybe you can put them into action at trivia tonight? If you can't make it today, Honey will be offering additional classes in the future. 2:30pm, The Dance Complex (536 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge), $25.

Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll Trivia
Bostonist has been there before, but tonight is the exciting one-year anniversary of sex and drugs trivia at the Savant Project. It comes complete with Providence Pin-Ups, Oh Megan, Goddess Cecilia, a DJ Named Desire, and of course Mistress Maureen. The trivia prize today—perhaps even better than the case of PBR and bottle of aspirin Bostonist won once—will be a private photo session with the pin-up girls. RSVP (617-566-5958) recommended. 6pm, Savant Project (1625 Tremont), free ('sides buyin' drinks).

Pass the Duchy
Okay, we stole that pun from the Phoenix. But whatever, puns aren't needed to convince Frank Black fans to check out his coy, synthy latest project, Grand Duchy, tonight. 9pm, Middle East down (480 Mass Ave), $15.
