Boston Blotter: Third Suspect Nabbed In Harvard Murder

Blotter-Body-Outline.jpg -- According to Middlesex District Attorney Gerard Leone, the third of three suspects in the murder of Justin Cosby, 21, of Cambridge was apprehended yesterday in New York. Jason Aquino, 23, of Manhattan was arrested for first-degree murder, armed robbery and other charges relating to the May murder of Cosby at Harvard University. [Herald]

-- A 27-year old woman from Lowell will be charged with reckless endangerment to a child under 18 and assault and battery on a child after she allegedly locked her three-year old son in the attic. The police said the child was hospitalized and was covered in his own feces and vomit when he was found in the 100+ degree attic. The woman's three other kids are being placed in protective custody. -- A 71-year old Somerville man who ran over and killed a Dedham woman last weekend faces a criminal court complaint for negligent driving. [Somerville Journal]

-- Two men face criminal charges after a road rage incident in Milton yesterday. State Police said a Middleborough man brandished a handgun at a driver after that driver held up a small baseball bat. [Globe]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
