  • A survey released today reveals a predictable yet disappointing racial divide in opinions on the Henry Louis Gates Jr. arrest controversy. [Boston Globe]
  • State health officials from the Division of Professional Licensure found 56 violations at 163 beauty/barber shops performed a sting on Boston beauty and barber shops over the past month. Each violation carries a $100 fine. Many establishments were in compliance. [WCVB]
  • In order to battle spreading sexually transmitted diseases among Boston's teenagers, the city is launching a "safer-sex" campaign using Facebook, YouTube, etc. [Boston Globe]
