Boston Blotter: Malden Shoot-Out Ends in Death; Body Found in Fitchburg Home

Blotter-Body-Outline.jpg -- Malden police shot and killed a man after a traffic stop went sour last night. The man, 29-year-old Alexander Nesom, allegedly rammed a stolen car into a pair of police officers, who shot him. He died of his injuries today. Two other men were arrested during the incident and face charges of receiving a stolen vehicle and drug possession. [Globe]

-- A man in Fitchburg discovered the decomposed body of a woman that had been "wrapped like a mummy" in a bedroom that he had been loaning to his brother. The brother, 25-year-old Ha Lang, died in a Worcester hospital from a gunshot wound Sunday afternoon. He is suspected in the woman's death. [Worcester Telegram]

-- A drunken Somerville bicyclist went on an anti-car rampage on the streets of Cambridge last Thursday, smashing cars and fighting drivers, police say. [Cambridge Chronicle]
