Jesse Kaminsky: Bubbleraft at Meme Gallery

On Friday, July 31, Jesse Kaminsky opened his latest creation, Bubbleraft 2, at Meme Gallery near Central Square in Cambridge. Kaminsky sculpts constructions that are startling and otherworldly, while playing with scientific concepts to draw out the beauty and irregularities that exist in patterned organic structures. Kaminsky's exhibit runs through August 9th, and will change markedly during that time. Meme Gallery is located at 55 Norfolk Street in Cambridge. In addition to sculpting, Jesse DJs a radio show, The Intercontinental, on MIT's WMBR 88.1 FM every Wednesday from 6-8 PM. Tune in tonight to hear the man again.
