Bands With Long Names

All the kids seem to like psychedelic pop band Black Moth Super Rainbow, and it surely has nothing to do with the band's unwieldy name. The music sounds like the unholy marriage of Air (French Band) and the rural psychedelia of a band like Hood or Movietone. Not our cup of tea, but we appreciate what the kids might be hearing in this stuff. Institute of Contemporary Art, South Boston, 7:30 p.m. $25/$20.

Movies

Chinatown's Films at the Gate continues with the Jet Li vehicle Fist of Legend (1994), a modern HK retread of the territory made famous by Bruce Lee's Fist of Fury. Not to be missed, especially considering that Drunken Master is probably going to be rained out tomorrow. Vacant lot at 12 Hudson St., Chinatown, 7 p.m. Free. More information.

Italians, Catholicism

The North End continues its parade of August holidays with Saint Anthony's Feast, "Boston's largest Italian festival." The grand procession begins at noon and lasts all day. Plenty of food and tourists all weekend (except during the hurricane). Various locations, North End, through Sunday. More information (and Flash).
