It's the MFA's College Night, an evening of free art and entertainment for bona fide college students. The galleries are free, naturally, but there's also live music from BU and Berklee alums Love in Stockholm and a dance party hosted by Noreastern alum and Bosonist approved DJ Ghostdad. Doesn't it seem like Brookline sex shop Good Vibrations is constantly using the Coolidge as its porn theater? Well, it's happening again. The fourth annual Independent Erotic Film Festival brings dirty, dirty shorts to Brookline. Watch whom you sit in front of. Pre-party at Good Vibrations, screening at Coolidge Corner Theatre, 290 Harvard St., Brookline, 9:30 p.m. (through Friday). $10. More information.

Dislocated Landscapes is a new show by South African printmaker Kim Berman, who "addresses the politics and social conditions in South Africa through the metaphorical device of landscape." President's Gallery, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, 621 Huntington Ave. Reception at 5 p.m., artist talk at 6 p.m., and more reception at 7 p.m. Showing through November 13. Free.
