Boston Blotter: Sex Assault in Fenway, Harvard Coffee Poisoning not an Accident?

-- A woman was sexually assaulted early Saturday morning as she crossed through the Back Bay Fens on Agassiz Street. The woman was reportedly attacked by three men, one of whom raped her in the park's bushes. [BPDNews]

-- No word yet from the authorities, but the newspapers are already calling the Harvard coffee poisoning incident an act of foul play. [Globe, Herald]

-- A man was stabbed yesterday at the Boston Medical Center, which is quickly becoming a hotspot for violence. [Globe]

-- Police identified the man shot to death in Mattapan last Friday as Carlos Romero Franco, 31, of Boston. [BPDNews]

-- Boston cops arrested an alleged Haverill prostitute and her alleged Haverill driver after an alleged act of offering sex for money. [BPDNews]

All charges alleged until proven under law.

Just wanted to point out that the juicy Globe story about the Harvard poisoning is from the AP. Kudos to them for squeezing a good quote out of the poisoning victim when neither of the papers could today.

The sooner the ACE project to reopen the Muddy River and mow down the phragmites the better.

Actually MGH looks like it is becoming the hotspot for violence in the city. . .
