Excellent food and drink were had at StarChefs.com Boston Rising Stars Review 2009 held at the State Room downtown on Tuesday night, November 3rd. Local chefs and mixology talent showed their skills in an incredibly glamorous setting 33 floors up.
The Northern Lights Cocktail by Craigie on Main made with Highland Park Single Malt Scotch
Northern Lights
1 ½ oz. Highland Park 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
¾ oz. St Germain
½ oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz. Douglas Fir
¼ oz. Orange Juice
¼ oz. Demerera Syrup
2 Dashes Tiki Bitters
Mount in a mixing glass, add ice and shake. Strain into a specialty glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
