Author/Comedian Aaron Karo to Appear at The Wilbur on 11/20

Interview with author and comedian Aaron Karo from Thomas Attila Lewis on Vimeo.

The author, comedian, and creator of the user-generated comedy website, Ruminations, Aaron Karo will be appearing at the Wilbur Theatre a week from tonight in support of his third book, I'm Having More Fun Than You. We had a chance to meet Karo earlier this year to discuss his book and act, which is described as "a moving tribute to being single when all your friends are married". Karo speaks truth to power by addressing such questions as "why are single women 'alone' and single men 'available'? (and other double-standards)" "What's an RCF (random couple friend)?" "Why do people who get married want all their friends to get married?"

Karo also enumerates and explains the 5 stages of relationships: 1. booty call, 2. hooking up, 3. seeing someone, 4. being exclusive, 5. boyfriend-and-girlfriend. All these topics and more will be covered at his Wilbur appearance. For more information, check out Karo's website and the book's website.

Aaron Karo @ The Wilbur Theatre, Friday, November 20th, doors open at 7:30pm.
