In the Viewfinder was kind enough to fill in as leader of our monthly photo walk at the last moment. It's no surprise that today's PotD comes from him, as his eye for interesting photos is incredible.
At first glance we thought this was a picture taken last year during one of our many snowstorms, but is in fact a great utilization of high contrast techniques. The vanishing point is interesting with a human subject, and though the photo is abstract, it is still easily recognizable.
