Officers officers observed a male suspect running from the scene who refused verbal commands to stop. Officers pursued and caught the suspect and found a knife and a woman’s wallet. The victim identified the suspect at the scene and was punched by the suspect while doing so. The Quincy man was charged him with armed robbery and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.
