Boston Blotter: Everett Police Shoot Suspected Bank Robber

-- Everett police shot a suspected bank robber today as he fled to Tufts Avenue. The suspect reportedly robbed Everett Cooperative Bank around noon. At least one Everett officer fired his weapon, according to the office of Mayor Carlo DeMaria Jr. [WCVB]

-- Kamal Oliver, 27, was arrested and held on $200,000 cash bail for allegedly shooting a Lyndhurst Street man. Oliver pleaded not guilty to armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and other weapons charges at Dorchester Municipal Court. [Globe, Herald]

-- Two Weymouth residents were found unconscious outside Wendy’s restaurant on Route 138 in Easton and were arrested on charges of possession of heroin on Tuesday. [Brockton Enterprise]

-- Boston Police arrested a Dedham man for robbing two women in the Back Bay around midnight yesterday. Boston, Dedham, and State Police arrested the suspect in Dedham. [BPDNews.com]
