The Boston Book Festival is scheduled for October 15, 2011 in Copley Square with more than 100 authors and a wide array of literary genres. Organizers say about 25,000 participated in the 2010 festival that featured 130 authors. The festival opens with a discussion of HBO's "The Wire," at the Back Bay Events Center, and the $20 tickets, will be available on September 14.
