Not sure how many of you have had reason to walk along the Charles recently, but the banks (especially on the Boston side) are lined with ducklings and goslings--all of which make fantastic Animal Wednesday photos. They are tiny, fluffy, relatively slow moving, and extremely cute. We're enjoying this one, which was actually taken in the Public Garden, for its relative simplicity and shallow depth of field.
Frequent contributor The.D80.project did a great job on this photograph taken in the Boston Public Garden. Normally we see pictures of this area filled with swan boats and people lounging in the summer sun, but this symmetrical piece reminds us of how beautiful our city is even in the middle of winter.
