Bill Buckner is returning to Massachusetts to manage the Brockton Rox of the independent Can-Am League. Rox co-owner Van Schley made it official on Tuesday. Rox owner Chris Carminucci confirmed Buckner will get a two-year deal for his first managerial job. Buckner's first appearance as manager is January 21 at the team's Hot Stove Dinner.
