The man who allegedly masturbated in public at the Brookline Library and then ejaculated on a female he sat next to was caught in Maine on similar charges and is in Penobscot County Jail in Maine. He will be arraigned on Friday in Maine. Brookline Police don't know when he'll return to Brookline. He'll face charges of open and gross conduct, indecent assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (bodily fluids). According to Library Director Chuck Flaherty at least three patrons within 20 feet of the suspect.
