Two men have been arrested for the murder of Chiara Levin in March. 34-year-old Manuel Andrade of Dorchester and 21-year-old Casimiro Barros of Roxbury will be arraigned on Monday in Dorchester District Court. The Chiara Levin case has unleashed an outcry against the gun violence. People are fed up.
