Wicked Local reports that two soused chaps not only puked in a cab and stiffed the driver, but actually stole from him as well. You gotta feel for cabbies in these situations. A fine fellow from Somerville and his Providence pal allegedly hacked it up in the backseat of a cab, then nabbed the driver's bag from the front seat and scurried away with it after a scuffle. The bag was located later that night......
