We think cloud photos are hard to pull off in the same way that sunsets can be a challenge. They're striking in person so you take a few pictures, and later you discover that [wince] they look a lot like every other cloud/sunset/sunrise photo out there. This isn't meant to discourage because, as BGLewandowski aptly demonstrates, it is possible to be inventive, even with familiar subjects. In the case of today's photo, BGLewandowski has reduced the big sky and ethereal clouds to abstract geometry, illuminating their linear, patterned look.
