The two got into a tiff, the victim went out, and, when he returned, Chacon had blocked the door. The victim busted inside, and that's when Chacon threw a knife, followed by the vacuum cleaner. Finally, the city has some good news about crime. While a steady stream of shootings have taken place, statistics are out showing that nonfatal shootings are down by 33 percent compared to last year.
