All Department of Conservation and Recreation "deepwater pools" are closed as police investigate the death of Marie Joseph, 36, of Fall River, who apparently drowned in a DCR pool at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Pool at Lafayette Park in Fall River on Sunday. Now's your chance, as the Mass Department of Conservation and Recreation is holding a planning workshop to let people voice their opinions about Fells trails.
