Painter Scott Listfield, 34, of Somerville will contribute to designing the First Night Boston button. The button permits access to all First Night Boston events and will be released in mid-November. Listfield is known for his painting astronauts and dinosaurs, and will be featured at the Laconia Gallery in Boston’s South End in December and January. Tomorrow the Somerville Community Garden will hold its annual Harvest Fair. Get your cider making and Butter Dance on, among other activities, from 1pm to 4pm. Those wishing to re-sully their cultural palates may enjoy the Brattle Theater's "Return to the Grindhouse" Repertory Series, starting at 8pm.
The Fluff Festival, a celebration of that delicious Marshmallow Fluff spread, was postponed yesterday. However, the event will happen this afternoon, complete with a surely-exquisite performance by a burlesque troupe, The Flufferettes. Be not worried by the rain!
