A Falmouth first-grader won't face criminal charges for allegedly attacking two school employees in February. The student's parents, Christopher and Melissa Ball-Roemer, said the seven-year old has been diagnosed with autism and that school authorities won't accept the diagnosis or develop a proper educational plan to address it. The student is currently not enrolled in school until a suitable alternative is found. [Cape Cod Times]

-- Rodolfo Bonilla, who stands accused of a twisted scheme to defraud a 91-year-old man, was ordered held on a $100,000 cash bail today, according to the Suffolk County DA. The 48-year-old Jamaica Plain man and Tammy Lewis, his 39-year-old girlfriend, allegedly forged a document that gave the victim's power of attorney to Lewis, which they used to cash checks from the victim's accounts.
