A woman died in a Revere car accident today, the second fatality this week involving an automobile. The car lost a tire before crashing into the Saugus River in Revere. One woman was rescued and is in Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. According to a witness, the driver feared the water and wouldn't try to escape. Cynthia Osborne, 40, of Salem, died Monday in a hit and run accident in Revere. [WCVB]
