Boston College defensive end went to court today and pled not guilty to charges of rape and breaking and entering. The Suffolk County DA's office released more information about the alleged incident: In addition to requesting the high bail, Suffolk prosecutors recommended that Smith be ordered to have no contact with the victim and stay away from Boston College; those recommendations were granted as well. Over the weekend, news broke that Boston College defensive end Brady Smith was charged with sexual assault and breaking and entering. He has since been suspended.
