--The Commish has talked tough before, but Ed Davis says that he will deploy more police to town "hot spots" (also known as places where people get shot), and the police will start tailing persons of interest. The "hot spots" are as follows: Bowdoin/Geneva, Franklin Field/Franklin Park, and Grove Hall in Dorchester. Egleston Square in Roxbury is also included.
