-- Tormu Prall, the fugitive wanted in connection with a New Jersey arson-homicide, and whom Boston police unwittingly released, is now wanted in connection with a case of suspected arson in Cambridge. Police believe that Prall may have set fire to a Broadway apartment building to smoke out a former girlfriend.
