Has everyone recovered from either or both of the humbling playoff losses inflicted upon us by the Bruins and Celtics? Well, if you have, or haven't, it's time to prepare for Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.

Gisele Bundchen has a new line of sandals, which look kind of like Havainas but more stylin', more rainforest-saving, and, we're sure, more pricey. But they may be worth it: these magical sandals appear to exist underground, and can quickly grow leaves to hide your feet when needed. They also each have a small metallic stud. Overall, very elven. And no need to fear, shorties: platform varieties are available as well.

Various internet websites are claiming that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen may skip the "alter" altogether and elope. We can't quite see Brazilian beauty Gisele slumming it in a Vegas chapel like some girls, but maybe they can do something simple and sweet on the Vineyard (or, perhaps more likely, in L.A. The rumors are based on an anonymous quote from a supposed friend of Gisele. who says of the couple:
We'll never forget how Doug Mirabelli went from "the other guy" to Tim Wakefield's personal catcher. We'll never forget when he got traded, traded back, and changed into his catcher's gear while receiving a police escort today. Or the time Doug was incorrectly implicated as a fink in the mild Schilling sock controversy. We'll never forget the crack we made that, someday, Mirabelli and Wake will be buried 60' 6" from one another. And when he was sent packing yesterday, we remembered that baseball is a business. And that "Miracle" hit just .202 last year. But still, forgive us if we pour a cup of marinara sauce on the curb in Doug's honor today.
