-- Happy Valentine's Day! For us being vegan is all about the love. We love our bodies and want to keep them healthy and strong and free of animal products. We love the environment and want to protect it from the extremely destructive practices of factory farming. We love animals and don't want to see them mistreated. So as you can see, you can add a little love to your life but cutting down on your consumption of meat and dairy products.

About a year ago the Boink release party ended with the police showing up, responding to a complaint of underage drinking they closed the party down. So not that type of booked. BU students boinked Harvard and scooped up the book deal. Last year the buzz around town was that Boston University was going to rival Harvard and release a sex magazine. Ok, ok, so it wasn’t BU’s sex magazine, it was a pornographic magazine that just so happened to be edited by a BU student and feature quite a few scantily or less than clad BU students. It may have been racier than the “H-Bomb: Harvard’s Magazine About Sex” (not to be confused with h-bomb.com) and called itself porn but it still wasn’t Penthouse. Boink, the self-declared “College Guide to Carnal Knowledge” is set to release another issue this month, but it seems the real money is in the publicity for this one. A book deal about the magazine has been reached with Warner Books, with a reported six-figure advance.
