--A 24-year old Framingham man was arrested for allegedly having 31 bags of marijuana in his car after a failed attempt at a street race. Police observed two cars "revving their engines and spinning their tires" at a Speen Street intersection in Natick. One car failed to start the race. The other car drove away.
