Monkeys were evacuated from the Liberty Hotel on Charles Street this morning after high levels of carbon monoxide were detected in the hotel, according to the Globe. A few humans were evacuated as well. The monkeys, who were spotted on Charles Street riding the backs of their trainers, are in Boston to film The Zookeeper, a Kevin James vehicle. The monkeys are named Crystal and Squirt, according to WCVB. The movie has already seen one animal fatality, the Toys-R-Us giraffe. We hope the monkeys are getting hazard pay. more ›
