An extraordinarily large group of right whales is gathering off the coast of Cape Cod near Provincetown and Truro. As many as 200 of the whales were counted. There are about 500 righ whales in the world. Bay Staters are beginning to cut back on unecessary driving as gas prices soar towards $4.
