A passenger on American Airlines Flight 2585 that left Boston's Logan Airrport around 8:30 a.m. was arrested at Miami International Airport at about 11:30 a.m. and charged with carrying explosive materials after his luggage exploded on the tarmac. The FBI took the unnamed 37-year-old man into custody and said the luggage "contained primer material used in making ammunition." This is not considered an act of terrorism. Noone was injured.
