Rami, Christian, and Jillian are all designer--and now household--names. But which one will prevail in this week's Project Runway fashion finale? Who will special guest judge Posh Spice deem most worthy of her fashion favor? Will knits prevail over feathers? Intricate weaving over knits? Floppy hats over Grecian dresses? Read on after the jump to find out!......

Last week brought the drama: Chris and Rami are going to have to compete (again!) for a spot on the runway at Fashion Week in NYC. Whoa! As Rami puts it, "Once we thought the rollercoaster was over, there was still another loop." And it's a killer! After giving the contestants 3.5 months to work, Tim Gunn visits the contestants. "Talk about make it work," says Tim Gunn in response to seeing Christian's tiny closet......

This week's Project Runway made us think one thing and one thing only: Britney Spears totally has a career in professional wrestling if she makes it out of the hospital (which, apparently, she just did). The runway challenge this week was to design an outfit for a female professional wrestler in the WWE. Some designers took the challenge to heart and ran with the campy sexuality of it all, while others were blinded by the......

Last week's Project Runway teamwork challenge brought out some drama, and this week continued to spice things up with a field trip to the Port Authority. The designers had to grab as much denim as possible (in the form of Levi's jeans) out of a giant warehouse and use it to create an original design going along with the Levi's spirit. At the start of the show, we weren't really sure what the Levi's spirit......

Bostonist will be bringing several fashion writers on board in the next few weeks. And now, meet Jocelyn Celeste! According to the powers that be, men’s wear for women is making a comeback in ‘08. Yes, ladies will be able to start channeling their inner Diane Keaton and dress in the most unfeminine, frumpy clothing ever. Because that’s what all straight guys want--to bone themselves and then fight with their girlfriends over who gets to......

This season of Project Runway is going well--maybe a little too well. Where's a Santino or a Jeffrey when you need one? Watching people competently make acceptable designs week after week is interesting from a fashion perspective, but it's not getting us our trashy reality TV fix. Why can't Christian and Sweet P get in a fistfight? Why isn't Chris dressing up in drag on set? Why do we still get Ricky and Rami confused......

This week's latest episode of Project Runway started off with one of those "judge not, lest ye be judged" moments, wherein the fashion-designin' contestants got to pick their own models. Some chose to stay with the models they'd worked with for weeks, while others dissed their old clotheshorses in favor of greener pastures. In contrast to last week's episode, which required designers to create looks for women who'd lost lots of weight, this week had......

This week's episode of Project Runway Season 4 brought us all sorts of drama. From forcing the competitors to ::gasp:: work together to create a cohesive set of outfits to having them use ::gasp:: outdated materials to make their looks, Heidi & Co. (TM) challenged designers to the max. Accustomed to working on their own with only the latest materials, some designers reacted negatively and picked unnecessarily melodramatic fights with one another. Still, a few......

Not only does Project Runway Season 4 feature a contestant named Sweet P (was the "ea" part of "pea" that intrusive?), it also has the requisite dude with whack hair, dude with whack facial hair, and a fabulous first episode title: "Sew Me What You Got." Sweet! None of the designers appear to have Massachusetts connections, but models Lauren, Marcia, and Wendi are all from the Bay State. Lauren started modeling in Boston, and Marcia......
