Vox_red.jpgSix Apart, the folks behind our backend of Moveable Type as well as other popular blogging software like TypePad have come out with a whole new community-on-the-internets tool they call Vox. When we think of Vox it's often in relation to that vodka we were sipping on last week – but in this case it's a new blogging tool to pull together some of the functions you may be using already. The Vox service is only in preview mode currently (launch set for October, sometime) and the invites have been hard to come by. To get your Flickr account, TypePad blog, and blogging friends all in the same place using Vox you can trust Bostonist to have your hookup. Invites to the exclusive club are being given away right here in our latest contest. A handful of invites the company just dropped on us will be provided to the winners of the contest. As if joining an online club wasn't good enough, a special bonus included is the invite to the exclusive Vox party at – wait for it – Vox Populi on Sept. 26. Mena Trott will be on hand to talk about blogging. Cocktails, networking, and blogging. It all sounds enchanting. Drop your info in the form below by Sept. 20 for your chance to join us and the Six Apart folks at the party – and, of course, to preview Vox. more ›
