Fans of The Lord of The Rings will certainly enjoy the month of June as all three LOTR films will return to almost 500 theaters nationwide for a premier of an extended edition of each film. The current schedule calls for 7 p.m. showings on the following dates: The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring on June 14; The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers on June 21; The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King on June 28. Thirteen theaters in Massachusetts, including IMAX venues in Boston, Danvers, and Methuen, and Showcase screens at Patriot Place in Foxboro and Legacy Place in Dedham, will be showing the Academy Award-winning trilogy in this one night only event. more ›
