The paper does not report on the methods police used to determine that the underwear came from crime victims. Phillip Markoff, a 22-year-old Quincy man, will be arraigned today at noon in connection with last Tuesday's murder of Julissa Brisman, a woman who had been offering massage services on Craigslist, and the earlier robbery of another sex worker.
