Last week's Project Runway teamwork challenge brought out some drama, and this week continued to spice things up with a field trip to the Port Authority. The designers had to grab as much denim as possible (in the form of Levi's jeans) out of a giant warehouse and use it to create an original design going along with the Levi's spirit. At the start of the show, we weren't really sure what the Levi's spirit......

This season of Project Runway is going well--maybe a little too well. Where's a Santino or a Jeffrey when you need one? Watching people competently make acceptable designs week after week is interesting from a fashion perspective, but it's not getting us our trashy reality TV fix. Why can't Christian and Sweet P get in a fistfight? Why isn't Chris dressing up in drag on set? Why do we still get Ricky and Rami confused......

Not only does Project Runway Season 4 feature a contestant named Sweet P (was the "ea" part of "pea" that intrusive?), it also has the requisite dude with whack hair, dude with whack facial hair, and a fabulous first episode title: "Sew Me What You Got."
